What specific elements of the film opening did you like?

Was there anything that left you confused? (be specific)

What suggestions do you have for changes?

I like how they pulled up pics of the text messages that the boy received.

Why did the boy just give the girl the phone and walk away?

You probably could have included who the girl was.

I really liked the texts in the corner of the screen, and I thought this opener was very well shot. The genre and plot was very well communicated.

I didnt think that anything was confusing

I liked the uploading files screen when the guy was downloading all of the girl's information, but I think it could be even better if you could somehow shoot that on the phone screen and not just as its own clip.

I loved everything about this opener! The way it was filmed, the acting, the cutting sequences, the camera angles, all of it was done so well. I particularly loved the added graphics and music. The text messages at the beginning and the data loading screens were all really nice additions that added to the films plot making it easier to understand. I could tell exactly what was going on and understood each role the characters played. The acting was also really well. The music fit the scene and the genre that the film maker was going for, as well as the settings.

There was nothing that left me confused. All aspects of the film were done really well.

The only suggestion I had was to increase the volume on the dialogue because the music, sound effects, and outside noises kind of muffled the dialogue.

there was a lot of suspense and I liked the text bubble

no I understood the plot

nothing I thought it was good!

I like the music, it fits well with the storyline and create suspense. I also like the characters expressions.

What did the letter say and why is it important?

I would suggest giving a little more info on the letter or showing it's content at the end.

The synchronous sound with the text and the digital text sound effect was a nice touch that left curiosity in wondering what was being uploaded to the phone. There was also the ending scene when the character opened up the envelope that left suspense in the air which caught my attention. Moreover, there where nice time transitions that didn't seem augmented that played well with having a good flow to the film opener. Nicely done!

Honestly nothing left me confused with this film opener. The not knowing where the texts came from, what was in the envelope, who was behind all of this only added to the suspense and was necessary for the horror themed film.

It was a bit hard to hear some of the lines, but this is something that is easily fixable.

- The music was very well matched to the genre, as well as it was clear what the theme/ central focus of the opener was.

- I was confused as to what the man had to do with the plot, as well as what the letter was about. Did he steal her information?

Perhaps end it in a more conclusive way.

I really like the use of sound because the perfect music was picked in the background to create a sense of mystery ad the dialogue was short and sweet, to create mystery but at the same time get an idea of what is going on the film. I also liked the edits made to include what was happening when the guy had the girls phone and was sending himself the documents, those were good details. The text at the beginning of the film about why the guy was there was also greatly incorporated!

I wasn't confused, for the opening film was clear about its purpose and although I'd like to know what happened at the end I can't because its only the opening film.

I don't have any real suggestions for the film was complete in its purpose, I think that the only thing that can be done to make the film shorter and fit in the time limit would be to either cut some time out of the girl at home, her leaving the park, or make the scene where the guy is sending himself the documents shorter. Either of these would work in the opinion, but overall great job!

I really liked how the text messages were seen on the screen it established what was going on I also loved how it showed what the guy was doing on the girls phone and the files being uploaded

I was confused on the actual motive of the guy was as there wasn't much context

I would say include what the letter said to establish a point but other than that I really liked it

After reading the reviews, it was clear that everyone liked the music and the text. They said the plot was fairly easy to understand but, it needs more context. They suggested to make the dialogue easier to hear, include what was on the letter, and to make the plot easier to understand cause although they agree it was not difficult to follow the video, the plot it needs to be clearer.
